there is a hypnotherapist coming to my area soon and offering his services for a discount price. i really think that i will try it but i wanted to know if anyone else has tried it for weight loss and what were the results? it really sounds good and he offers a refund right after the session if you were not satisfied and up until 90 days afterwards if you dont get your desired results. anyones personal story or opinion is welcome!!

One coworker used hypnosis for weight loss and gained 30 pounds. Another used it to quit smoking. That didn't work either.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

i for my section do not think of ingesting "breakfast" is important for weight-loss. ingesting a chew of fruit or a small salad may be a breakfast, or maybe ingesting water with a banana. for my section, weight-loss is approximately ingesting the main appropriate entire ingredients coupled with a very good quantity of actual activitiy which incorporate walking or something greater strenuous.
