that voice in my head that wants to tell me to tak ethe pills was the strongest ever just a few moments ago . i was pacing the room trying to protect myself from myself. Im afraid i just cant ask for help they will put me in again i dontwant to go in.

If you are hearing voices that are telling you to do things one you either are having a Psychotic Break or two you are DID and need help either way GET THE HELP the voices are usually more insistant than you realize

decision for people are based on doing things right and new information's says many people today don't have this skill as it was supposed to work, each of us have flaws, some obvious and other crucial to our survival, negotiate with yourself, left up the weights that are not yours to carry, dumps as much as you want on the Internet and get on with the lighter side of your behavior, people can destroy themselves with not c'ing they have to add good to their lives, they think they can handle bad stuff and it has a long term accumulation that can disfigure the strongest in the world if they are un aware of how the brain works have a trip to gnc and get herbs and mineral to help comprehension, and have protein in your breakfast in the morning it will bring u up more, all that is basic is lost in the moments of despair, stop the why can't you's and have i will rescue my hope with being better to my self and trying to not push the wrong buttons in my head when i don't need to panic, there is always another Day to face don't let the small stuff get too u and it is all small stuff u are the best help in the world when u were listening to information that you gave your self that was good, do it again, it takes twenty one times to form a habit it is in your favor to know this

hi there, let me ask you to think for a second ok , are you aware that the voice you say you can hear is not of you ?
Your fear of going to get help , or your fear of pills , which is greater??you have a couple of choices here that you should decide. you can flush the pills fight it andthen maybe you would feel safe , or , you can tell yourself that you will ask for the help and only you , no one else's buisness ok ,when you ask your self this , ask you HIGHER SELF , and only your HIGHER SELF is to respond, any others you tell them to hush , speak to your higher concious , this is gods territory ! you'll be safe

that voice in your head is Satan Tempting you ! Tormenting you ! and you are aware of it ! because you are telling me about it right? It thinks it has you binded but it doesn't all the way because you are pleading for Help ! Right, For some one to tell you what to do about it right, Here is what you do, When that voice that is telling you to take pills you face that Voice and you say I rebuke you in the name of Jesus To leave me alone, and after you say that you start saying Jesus over and over and over as fast as you can, and dont stop saying it until that voice you no longer will here, You are Important to this world because Satan has your Self worth so low, and You dont let no one Strip you of that because if you do then their is no you , Satan has you binded and Low, and Is trying to convince you that you are worth less but Jesus is standing own your right side telling Satan you will not win, Call own Jesus that is why He died own the cross to Set you free of what binds you, Satan only attack the Good People of this world and The resion is , because You have a purpose that Jesus whats you to fore fill, And Jesus loves you, And that is why you are screaming out for help! Jesus here's you call own him talk to him like you would talk to anyone else,And give your burdins to Him and Let Him deal with this deamon that torments you...I am praying for you to call own Jesus, and Jesus is shining his light own you as you read this, call own Him, God bless you, And may your life's Journey lead you to Jesus! Have you tried asking Jesus. Well just ask for help from somebody. It might not make sense now, but in the end its worth it trust me.
