No, they aren't. They stopped doing that after 9/11. They will not start up again. They in fact have stronger security, and more cautious.

i did the tour long ago, you did not see much, just a few rooms and the hall,and it took only a few minutes and it was longer to get in,,then to do the tour,lol...
