If I discovered God is real, I would assume he must be the devil. Jesus died for your felonies(sins) Sounds like the devil to me

No, I would not feel like a fool.

But, I know God is REAL, who He claims to be. No man could ever change my way of believing.

I would rather go through this life believing in God and if it came out that He was not real, I have not lost anything. Whereas, if one goes through this life not believing and they die and find out that God is REAL, they have lost life everlasting with our Creator. They would be the fool!!!

Nope, but I will never discover that, you will be the one discovering God is real, not me. And hypothetically speaking, no I wouldn't feel like a fool, because when I was living for God, I did some awesome things for Him...but it ain't gonna happen for ya.

No.

Can I just ask, why you hate us so much?

Like I said in another question Raoul, something from centuries ago. And that's no reason to hate all Christians alive today. That's just plain stupid. That would be like me hating all Italians because they're ancient ancestors murdered Christians for sport. Christianty has benefitted society in many ways throughout the centuries. There are numerous Christians Charities that help others, Christian or not. Hospitals, Univeristies, disater relief, etc.,

Communist atheists killed 100 Million people, and that was in the last century, and it's still going on.

is this question directed to Christians?. Why Atheists answering it? God Does talk with ideas and emotions. a lot of people can get carry of yet maximum favor now to not pay interest and overlook about. in the journey that your radio can talk then God can talk with people a similar way. see you later as potential flows on your mind, you'd be ready to get carry of from God. If this looks difficult so that you'll be able to understand then you absolutely are extremely denying that with electricity we may be able to deliver and get carry of information. Scientists nonetheless studying and studying God's creation.

No I wouldn't.

Roaul, I don't presume to talke for Dr. Zoom, but I will address your rant.

There is evidence Jesus was real...I presume you reject the eyewitness accounts of the Gospels...so Instead I would refer you to the writings of Josephus Flavius. http://ptet.dubar.com/ecw/josephus.html

It's presumptuious to assume all the records from 2000 years ago would have survived until today. The Pagans burned and destroyed Christian writings, as well as Christians! You are ignoring the obvious fact Jerusalem was razed by the Romans in the First Century A.D., and it's very unlikely anybody bothered to save such items. We have no original manuscripts of Socrates, but that does not mean he was not real.

Likewise, there is no records from the time of Muhammed that prove he was real. No birth records, no writings from government officials and no one doubts he was real. The earliest copies of the Koran known were written centuries after he lived. Yet no one doubts Muhhamed was a real person.

"No mention of Jesus appears in any Roman records, including those of Pontius Pilate. "

Again, it's presumptuious to assume all the records would have survived. Why would Pontious Pilate have kept a record of such a brief encounter with a condemned prisoner in the first place?

As for the Crusades, you are ignoring the facct the Crusades were in response to the numerous attacks on Christian pilgrims culminating in the burning of the Church of the Holy Sepulchur.

"Christians in the eleventh century were not paranoid fanatics. Muslims really were gunning for them. While Muslims can be peaceful, Islam was born in war and grew the same way. From the time of Mohammed, the means of Muslim expansion was always the sword. Muslim thought divides the world into two spheres, the Abode of Islam and the Abode of War. Christianity—and for that matter any other non-Muslim religion—has no abode. Christians and Jews can be tolerated within a Muslim state under Muslim rule. But, in traditional Islam, Christian and Jewish states must be destroyed and their lands conquered. When Mohammed was waging war against Mecca in the seventh century, Christianity was the dominant religion of power and wealth. As the faith of the Roman Empire, it spanned the entire Mediterranean, including the Middle East, where it was born. The Christian world, therefore, was a prime target for the earliest caliphs, and it would remain so for Muslim leaders for the next thousand years." http://www.thearma.org/essays/Crusades.htm

While forced conversions did happen (as they have in every religion in the past) the RC Church denounced them officially in the 8th century.

Your figures are low concerning the Roman Persecution of Christians. It was much higher than 3000 that Constantine killed. You have to keep in mind, Constantine had been a Pagan all his life, and it never left him entirely. He was still wrong.

These are things that happened centuries ago. To hate Christians alive today for things primitive people did centuries ago is more illogical than hating all Japanese for the bombing of Pearl Harbor 60 years ago.

It's strange there is no animosity to Hindus (who's witch burnings far outstripped anythings Christians ever did), Muslims (who STILL use forced conversions in the 21 century!) descendents of Aztecs (whos accounts of human sacrifice are well documented) or ancient European Pagans (gladiator games & human sacrifices!) It seems your generous with animosity to Christians. Perhaps it is because personal expirence id clouding your desciion. Clearly from your opening remark about how Christians "tell so man lies they can't keep them straight" it would seem you have a good deal of hate toward us.

But I don't hate you.

Let's see...
No God, yet I lead a reasonably clean and healthy life, was compassionate and kind to people, loved others, and lived daily with hope and purpose.

I don't think I would feel like a fool.

You, honestly speaking, if you discovered everything
you believe in were fake, would You feel let down?

If you discovered things contrary to what you fear,
you'd assume yourself as a "Failure".
You'd feel you wasted your time, all for nothing.
Sounds like you need to search your Self.

I still believe in God and know he still exists because one verse says "fool said to his heart, there is no God" something like that.
I would never say to myself if God is fake, I just cannot.
