He is alright, but if she is in love with him and she sees him as a handsome man then you should be happy for her. If you dont think he is attractive then you should look at his other qualities, how he treats her, his personality, how he treats you....
Try to see the good in the relationship, you two are friends. Be there for her and be a good friend.

look as nothing to do with love..when you LOVE someone, you love it all, looks and all.
It's what's inside and how he treats her that counts.
