First of all, don't fight back (physically) unless your provoked (pushing, or any threatening touch).

If people are around just straight up and straight out ask this person "What the hell's the matter with you ? Why are you always talking s**t about me....?

I used to bug this kid in my spanish class and he told me that. I was so embarassed, i didn't know wut the hell to say. I really had no reason for being the way i was to him. I turned red and I couldn't get what he said out of my head. Hahaha, we were friends later on anywayz so i guess everything worked out in the end ^_^_^^_^ !!!!! HAHA

You cant really avoid getting bullied by people, if some one wants to do it they will do it. People normally do it to boost their own self ego. What is the most important thing is how to deal with bullying. Making boundaries with people is extremely important as well as portraying to be confident (even if you are not). If you portray to be confident you are less likely to get bullied. They normally target weak or self conscious people. If you are being bullied telling someone about it really helps and it takes the pressure off a little bit. But what you must do is act fast so the problem doesn't escalate into something you cant control.

Call it what it is. If the bully is teasing you, it's harassment. If he/she is hitting you, it's assault & battery. If they are e-mailing you, texting your phone or calling with harassing messages, it's cyber-stalking. All of these are criminal behavior at a certain level. If he/she bullys you again, tell everybody in authority. Teachers, principal, law enforcement, clergy, school counselor - everybody, and don't let them try to sweep it under the rug. Insist that it is serious enough that you are being deeply affected by this behavior. Take as much legal action as possible. If you are getting physically hurt, press assault & battery charges. Also, consider filing a lawsuit for harassment. Anybody who tries to sweep it under the rug or otherwise not do anything to end your torment should be sued in addition to the bully.

This is not being a tattle-tell, weak, or wimpy at all. You have the right to go to school and not be harassed by anybody. You need to fight for your rights.

i agree with above but i would not advise you to tell authority figures because this could make this person could get very mad and do something very bad in anger only tell people in authority when you'd try-ed talking to them and standing up for yourself and others that are being bullied in your school this will show this person that nobody likes bullying and try not to publicly embarrass this person or they could do something even worse then whats happening now like hurt you bad hope this helps

u cant really avoid it-theirs jerks everywhere that live to tick you off, but usally i know it sounds clishuie (i dont know how to spell that;) but just ignore them a$$e$! theyre jerks, be above their idiocy! dont do exactly what they want you to do
which is get all down about it. and if your talking about bullying as physically instead of verbially then you really need to talk to your principal and if they dont listen (which they should) then to a adult that you trust.

You might have to take one for the team. That may mean a possible ***-kickin but if you fight back they will know you're not going to allow yourself to be walked over like that. And if it's not physical bullying then tell him/her you're not puttin up with the bullsh*t.
