Cinnamon is very good for your health, but like anything.. only eat the fresh kind. Not the kind in a sprinkle jar. Get a cinnamon stick and stick it in a coffee mill and grind it up. Fresh is better because living things have enzymes that most cooked food don't and these enzymes break down fat like you would not believe. Look into the raw food diet if you want to loose weight and quit drinking dairy. Don't even touch soy milk. It's not good for you. Make some nut milk.

I do not know about cinnamon and milk. But for sure use apple cider vinegar and water. 2 tbls in an 8 oz. glass of water twice a day for the rest of your life. You will lose weight plus your hair and nails will grow super long super fast. Read about acv on the web. If you have acne problems, it also gets rid of the pimples and cleans out your system.

cinnamon helps to balance your blood sugar so you can process insulin better...so you will remain the same weight if you dont have an insulin resistance problem, but if u do, it will help u lose weight
