My daughter is around this age and she loved this party that we had. Let her have a slumber party with about 3 or 4 girls. Buy some make up, nail polish and cream for facials. Let the girls do each others make up. You can get out the curling iron and curl hair for them. It is pretty cheap you can rent girley movies and order a pizza. Also for a craft make a frame and take pictures of the girls dressed up or let them decorate a pillowcase to take home. Have fun...hope this helps.

If this is an all-girl party, invite as many adult women as there are girls. One woman for each girl. The women need to come to the party with the very best hairdo and makeup job that they can do, like before a very important date. Have a luscious corsage for each lady. Invite a local high school drama class to the party, guys especially. Provide REAL makeup, not stage makeup and let one drama student for every little girl apply makeup as most beautifully as they can, not like for a carnival, but most beautifully. The makeup process goes on all at once for all of the girls, so have comfortable seating, Ella Fitzgerald music, punch in dainty glasses for the guests to sip, and then you stand back, enjoy and take snapshots. The invited ladies, one for each little girl, emotionally supports her little girl during the makeup application, holds a big hand mirror for the girl to watch, and critiques the student's art. After the girls are all "done", have three of four high school photography students take each of the girls' picture looking most beautiful. The little girls get to keep their pictures. Beforehand, have their helper ladies pin a baby corsage on each girl.

Make it a fashion party. Tell the girls to dress up in the best "fashion" for the party. Make crazy jewelry. Let the girls make earrings and necklaces out of really unique beads etc.. They can make them for each other and then have a fashion show. Beads etc.. arent expensive and the great part about it is they will have a party gift to take home!

If you are not into the slumber party thing, do what I did. Have a "non" slumber party. Have the kids come in their jammies and do all the slumber party stuff, but during the day. Bake cupcakes and let them decorate their own, watch a movie with popcorn, have pizza, paint fingernails, ect. It was fun, and I didn't have to have them all night.

Do a treasure hunt. Have them make something risk-free to eat or do a crafts undertaking. placed on a action picture to observe whilst they consume their selfmade treats. Um..Hmm. Google relaxing occasion video games and supply out prizes to whoever does the ultimate at each and each game. desire I helped! :)
