i raise pitbulls and ive raised all mine from pups their first heat is normally 8 to 9 months of age but it really depends on each female i have one now that came into heat at 7 months of age it shocked me cause ive never seen one come in heat that young but i did notice that one female dog in heat being around another will pull another female into heat i know cause all my females came into heat this time about 1 to 2 weeks apart

um, most dogs go in heat around the same spans, and ive had a few dogs that have had their first heat from 6 months old to about 9 months old, all dogs differ a little bit, but your dog will probably have it around that time.

Pit Bull bitches usualy go in heat at about 6-12 months. But if you are wanting to breed her, then don't breed any ***** until she is at least 18 months old, for saftey isuues.

Around 6 to 12 months. My blue pit went in heat at 5 months, so it varies. If you have more than one male pit around, be sure to have your female put away, cuz the males will fight viciously to get to the female.

It's not recommended that you breed her. But, since I know you're going to anyway, the best time to do it is on her second heat cycle.
