Jesus was fully human, the son of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Jesus is fully divine, the Son of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity.
The wisdom and actions of God can be confusing to our simple (compared to God) human minds.

Why would it be? If you want to make it more...I don't know wht exactly you are looking for, but...you could say Jesus son of the virgin Mary or Jesus, the perfect son of the virgin Mary, or something. Oh wait. Is what you mean, like because Jesus is God's son and Mary is earthly, but He was still her son...I think I get what you are asking now. And no, it isn't.
