I really like this guy a lot.. But lately, one of his ex started to post comments on how she loves and misses my guy.. I've asked him about it, and he told me to just ignore her.. And then, he did mention something about the girl who seems does not understand.. I wanted him to elaborate on this, but then i changed my mind.. After that, i noticed, things started to go a bit slow between us.. I know that he loves me, but still i'm quite worried about this.. I beginning to feel suspicious.. What should i do? I really love him, we've been together for a year and a half now..

Honesty, honesty, honesty. Tell him how you feel, and give him room to tell you how he feels. Let him know that you want the truth, no matter how much it may hurt your feelings. Better to know the truth and have it break your heart than to waste time living in doubt of your relationship.

You also need to make it clear to him that unless she can control how she feels about him, his ex needs to stay out of his life. YOU are his girl now, and your needs have to take priority over her, no matter how close they were. Encourage him to confront her about this, as it is damaging his current relationship.

Quite honestly, though, I doubt that he is cheating on you. The "slowness" you're feeling is actually quite natural! It is a scientifically proven fact that the feeling of "being in love" (you know, that euphoric thing where you're walking on air all the time?) gradually metamorphosizes into a deep, committed relationship, usually right around a year and a half after you start dating. Don't give up hope! If you think he's the one for you, keep at it. If you start to get really worried about losing your sizzle, try taking him on some spontaneous romantic dates-- watch the sunset on a beach, cook him a candle-lit dinner, or (my personal favorite) make him a treasure hunt where the treasure is you :)

For now you have to just trust him. You should try to spend as much time as possible with him if he doesn't want to spend time with you then maybe you can get suspicious.
