bad hair days could potentially be a sign of build up of styling products in your hair. Try to wash it with a cleansing shampoo (can't think of one off the top of my head, but probably Paul Mitchell has one, or ask a stylist for a recommendation). That will probably help.

If you can't wash your hair, like you're on your way out the door to school, many of the other suggestions of a hat or bun or ponytail are good ones.

My hair is fine and thin and pretty limp. I had a bad hair decade because of that. If it's a prolonged bad hair day, like a week, month, etc., it may be time to try and change the style and/or cut a bit. Try parting it on the opposite side (if you do a side part) or on one side (if you do a middle part), get a trim to cut off the split ends that could be dead weight weighing it down.

Spend 5 minutes & heat up the curing iron for a touch up ; or mousse it up in 10 seconds . It'll get you safely through a bad hair day .

I LOVE fake hair! I have pony tails, extensions, hair scrunchies, chignons....for really bad hair days I just wrap my own hair up in a bun, and secure it with a Toni Twist Hair Scrunchie. The scrunchie has wavy hair the same color as mine attached to it....I end up with a wavy pile of hair on my head and it completely hides the bun.

Have a back-up wig that you can wear until the bad hair grows out again.

The last time I had a bad hair day, I gave myself a haircut. Everyone remarked how nice it looked and how much it cost. I felt very proud of myself.

Shave your hair off. Or put a paper bag over your head. Whichever you prefer.
