Have you been drinking plenty of water? Claritin is drying up your head, but your body needs water replaced. Being dehydrated can cause a headache.
Try drinking a couple bottles of water with those Excedrin.

yes it wont hurt you. Excedrin is the only thing that works for me. The only bad thing is that the caffine may keep you up.

i would but read the bottle some medicines do not work well together are u sure its and headache are u and diabetic if so your blood sugar may be to high or low
