Is it true you can have surgery to get rid of dark circles under your eyes?

I've heard you can...but does anyone know for certain?

I don't think people can have their dark circles removed because it's too complicated.

i actually know a remedy you can use at home. break your nose, then have a docter set it 3-5 days later (make sure its a good break first) you'll get horrible black eyes for a week and a half or so, then your eyes will be fresh as the day you'r born
