Don't touch them.

Long time ago, I made the mistake... I thought I was helping them open their eyes and ended up damaging one of the kitten's eye. They will open their eyes when they are ready to. They are still very sensitive to light, so give it some time. If after one more week or so nothing happens, take them to a vet just to be on the safe side.

Warm compress (warm water on a cotton ball or soft wash cloth), hold it on the eyes until the crust is soft enough to gently wipe away, at least twice a day. And see the vet ASAP, you'll probably need eye ointment and/or oral antibiotics, most vets will prescribe enough for the whole litter if you bring the sickest one in for an exam. Usually you can get by on one tube of ointment and one bottle of antibiotics, so it's not too bad price-wise. If mom is not up to date on her vaccines, you should have a feline leukemia/FIV testdone, just in case-these are always fatal, so you'll save a lot of money and heartache if you know they're positive for it. If they're negative for Felv/FIV, that's a great selling point when finding homes.

wash their eyes with cotton buds soaked in sterilized water with a pinch of salt dissolved in it. Then you need to take them to the vet to find out why their eyes are crusting Weepy eyes can mean upper respiratory infection which needs to be treated ASAP before they get worse.

It is free to call the vet and talk about it. I would not take advice about this from anyone BUT a vet. Eyes are important and you don't want to mess around.
