virus is a one celled organism, disease is any ongoing health problem, infection is when your body has a foreign organism attacking it.

Virus is the smallest living organism that can be seen only through electron microscope..Some viruses are single molecules of DNA or RNA. Some of the viruses enter the human,animal and plant bodies to cause diseases.
Bacteria,Ricketsiae and Parasites are larger in size .
Infection is invasion of human,animal or plant bodies by any of these micro organisms.
Somee parasites do not enter into blood stream but stay in gut or somewhere in the body. This is called parasitic infestation.

a virus is a technically a non-living organism. it basically consists of DNA surrounded by a protein coat. they can only replicate when they infect a host cell and hijack the cellular machinery.

infection refers to the invasion of the body by a micro-organism (virus, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, parasite).

disease is the manifestation of the infection of the human body, either due to products produced by the infectious agent or the bodies reaction to the infection.

Infections are caused by bacteria, most have more pain associated.

A disease is a chronic problem in which a humans body is unable to control. Most develop over time.

Most people answering this question need to audit a 5th grade biology class. Yobbomate is close enough - I'd only add that viruses do not necessarily contain DNA; there are many RNA-based viruses out there.
