she assumes i will cheat on her...which i would never do that...but she has cheated on past boyfriends herself...she seems a bit controlling..and has her mind set on me cheating her or doing something to hurt her when inside...i really love her..

I have always heard that (the one who accuses is the one who is guilty) I have never had to experience it, thank goodness. But that is something you will need to work out. At first I was thinking concerning lonliness, until I read further. Good Luck.

If you haven't told her that you would never do something like to cheat on her and that you really love her, now would be a good time to say those things. Try to explain to her that if she loves you and believes in your relationship that she just needs to give you the benefit of the doubt and have trust in you. Another option might be to invite her along unless there is some reason that you don't want to or are unable. The bottom line is that until you have personally given her a reason to not trust you then she needs to give you the freedom to have time away by yourself and you should encourage her to do the same. I wish you both all the luck. Relationships can sure be very complex.

Is this the only thing she does that seems controlling? Is she clingy? Maybe she feels left out and upset she's not going with. Talk to her about it and find out why she feels like your going to cheat? If you've never given her any reason to think these things than maybe there's more to her feelings and talking to her may help both of you understand each others point of view. Let her know what you just let us know here and see what happens.
