I need some answers for a few Questions?

Why is it that people duck in the rain, do they really think the rain won't hit them?

Why did Sally sell seashells on the seashore when you can just pick them up anyway?

Why are elderly people often called "old people" but children are never called "new people"

Why does it say "shake well" on ketchup bottles, but not ketchup packets?

Why is it that no matter what color bubble bath you use the bubbles are always white?

Why is it good to be a Daddy's girl, but bad to be a Momma's boy?

Why do we leave expensive cars in the driveway, when we keep worthless junk in the garage?

Why do they call them pepperoni if there is no pepper in it?

Why is it called 'after dark', when it is really after light?

Why is it called a TV "set" when you only get one?

Why do we wash bath towels? Aren't we clean when we use them?

What would Cheese say if they got their picture taken?

Why do they have handicap parking spaces in front of they skating rings?

we say cheese b/c it's cheesy so I think cheese would say "human" b/c we're dumb for saying cheese ;o)

1. People don't duck, because we'd be ducking a lot, besides, rain doesn't hurt.
2. She sold clean seashells which were cleaned and perfect, a nice souvenir.
3. Because people get old, but they don't get new. There's young and old, old means you've been here a long time. There is a new kid, someone who just moved into the neighborhood.
4. Ketchup in packets can't really be shaken up- the water doesn't seperate, so you don't have to shake it, but larger amounts of ketchup do, so you have to shake.
5. The color is regardless to the color of the bubbles. The color of the bubbles are white because the water is clear, and if the water was a different color, the bubbles would be too.
6. It's good to be a daddy's girl because you're not a wuss or anything, you're just the apple in your dad's eye and you follow his footsteps. Being a momma's boy is being a wuss, because a mom can't really make you a man, as she is a woman, and a dad can't make a woman a man, just more courageous.
7. The worthless junk is better placed in the garage because there is more of it there, and it'd look very ugly out in the driveway.
8. They call it pepperoni because of the spicy flavor, kind of like pepper.
9. They mean it is after sunset, and it's dark.
10. It's called a TV set because you need more than just a picture tube and a box to hold it in, so you get both and then some, a complete working set.
11. We wash bath towels because even though we are clean, we can still transfer some odor or bacteria on them, or they get smelly when dried after being wet, so we wash them to eliminate the odor or bacteria, whatever is on it after use. Besudes, they fold nicely on a shelf or rack after being washed.
12. They'd say "Eat me!" and the picture would be shot when they say "me", so they smile. After all, we eat cheese, right? That's what it's for.
13. They have handicap parking spaces in front of skating rinks because some handicapped people still come and watch people skate, or they simply have to come with their family if they want to go skating. Besides, if you have a handicap license plate on your car for your grandpa or something, there's a shorter walk for you, right?
Well, I tried my best. How's these? Some I just guessed, while others I think is true. I dunno, but here you go.

I'll try-here goes:
1-people duck to keep rain off their faces'
2-she had extra pretty ones that she rinsed off cuz she needed the $$$
3-good question but there are newborns
4-because there isn't much air in a packet so the ketchup doesn't separate
5-because the soap that makes the bubbles is clear-the mixture looks a different color because the water inside has food dye
6-because it's okay for girls to be spoiled but not for boys although i don't agree
7-because people are so materialistic and have low self-esteems so they want everyone to be able to see the nice car
8-there is a type of pepper in it even though it's not black pepper(as we know it)
9-it's a poor use of grammar. people mean the time after it gets dark
10-because television is actually made possible by a set of actions occurring inside the box
11-no we aren't completely clean;dead skin cells are shed off onto towels.also the towels would get moldy after awhile if we didn't wash them

13-so handicapped people can still feel like they can participate(or try to) in "normal" activities like everyone else.
