Just get out a strainer and pour your coke through it into a glass it will strain out the seed. By the way if you do swallow a seed it won't kill you.

Well it's too small for you to choke with, so drink it or just pour it in a glass and watch for the seed.

apple cores are poisonous. But I think you should be fine if it is only one seed
