okay so last semester i shared a dorm room with my bestfriend and it was awesome but due to family problems she decided to take this semester off. so i got a new roomate which didnt seem like a big deal to me cause waht is college for but to meet new people. So i got my new roomate and the first week was all good but after that crap went down hill. she leaves her used condoms all over the place she wears my clothes after i tell her not to she left a used tampon on top of our fridge i have no idea why. she brings guys back and sleeps with them while im in the room. she wears the same underwere everyday than when she takes them off she leaves them on my bed. she is rude to my friends when they come pick me up or come over to say hi. she told my boyfriend i cheat on him ( which i dont). Does anyone or has anyone ever delt with this and if soo please tell me some ways i can get through this.

I thought I used to have problems with roommates, but your's takes the cake.
The first thing that comes to mind is to contact the housing office for a transfer or new roommate. You may be put on a waiting list or something, but the best thing to do in this situation is to get out of there immediately! Second, I would contact your Resident Adviser and seek her/his help. Perhaps they can mediate for you and get to the bottom of this, or suggest what to do. Lastly, if she does anything that breaks the housing rules or any college regulations, report her (& have proof).
After you have exhausted the most responsible options, the only thing you can do is take matters into your own hands. I don't know what steps you have taken so far or what your reaction has been towards your new roommate, but you have to step up and show her you don't tolerate her behavior. She can only get away with what you let her get away with and you have to fight back. It's pretty tempting to stoop to her level and "give her a taste of her own medicine," but do you think that really works? My guess is no.
Here are some suggestions (assuming she's not the type of person you can sit down with and have a decent conversation):
If she's constantly leaving *used* condoms all over the place, start hiding her condoms. If she leaves used tampons all over the place, hide the tampons. If she brings a guy into the room to have sex when you're there, turn the lights on and watch. If that doesn't stop them, start video taping and/or taking pictures. If she has a problem with that, just tell her that you assumed that's why she wanted to you there. If she doesn't care, then maybe you can keep the evidence and mail it to her parents (I'm sure they'll love that).
If all of the above is too PG, then by all means play dirty. Just remember to keep it legal and that whatever you dish, you better be prepared to get in retaliation. Always have a back up plan. My suggestion, if you decide to take it to the next level, is to mess with her school stuff. She won't be your roommate for long if she gets kicked out of school. (Just make sure to keep all of your things under lock and key). Your last resort is to either move out on your own or just put up with her for the rest of the semester.

The part about the used tampon on top of the fridge makes me think this is a made up question. If this is real, she's obviously beyond reproach. You need to go to the head of the dorm and explain the story and DEMAND that she be moved to another room. Don't settle for less.

How gross
As tempting as it is to do the same back, don't lower yourself to her low life, piggy ways.
Are you in a allocated room? If so I would talk to who ever is the person who is in charge of room allocation, and tell them what you have to put up with, and even invite them to have a look.
If your renting a room/unit then you have some rights, and as the main tenant you can ask her to clean up her gross habits, if this does not work speak to your landlord, and invite them over to have a look.
I would also bag her disgusting clothes and other icky stuff and dump them, lock up your clothes etc, so she does not help herself. That is after I have taken photos of what you had to clean up, make sure you wear gloves and plastic apron, and wash well after you have finished.
I think your being incredibly patient as I would have gone off my tree at her. And I would not have held back at inviting any one who cares to listen, to look at the mess she leaves around.

That's really intense...definitely warrants some attention from higher ups. Get in touch with someone right away, your R.A. at the least. I am pretty good at giving people chances, but under the severe circumstances i would switch rooms asap.

Really I dont think you should try and get her back or anything like that. Just ask her to leave!! Say its not working out and you need her to leave asap, if that doesn;'t work I'm sure there is someone higher up that you can talk to and get her evicted due to health issues!! Really what she is doing is so disgusting!!!
But really dont fight back, it will make everything so much harder and worse!!

eat something garlicy then spit all over her pillow
when you have your period wipe ur assssssss with her blanket
take all her clothes and wear them for days without bathing
put ur used tampon in her water bottle
