i am not exactly sure what you are asking but i will answer the question...how can i get my lips luciously smooth for some wonderful kisses?
If your lips are chapped, they need to be "exfoliated" or have the top layer of dry skin removed. Lip skin does not contain keratin like the rest of your face, so moisture just leaks out and we have to keep moisturizing. What i do:
Put some petroleum jelly on my lips (Vaseline). Leave it on for a few minutes and let it work its magic.
Soak a washcloth in warm water and GENTLY rub the dry skin off your lips. If some is stuck, don't pull...it may bleed. Just leave it and try later.
Once you have all the dry skin on your lips rubbed off, they will feel remarkably smooth and even plumper! Apply more vaseline as a moisturizer. Let that soak in for a bit, dab some of it off, apply your favorite lipstick and finish off with a shiney gloss. Your lips will be beautifully soft! Best wishes!

huh ur question doesnt really make sense..
but for a nice and smooth kissable lips try lipchaps..
but never sticky lipgloss.. guys odnt like them
(unless they taste good then they hav an excuse to kiss u)

Staying hydrated is super significant to your lips. additionally attempt to get a chapstick that conatins the ingredient 'lanolin'....Burt's Bees has it, i think of there are different ones that have it too. or you may purchase organic lanolin on the shop too. Neosporin makes an exceedingly sturdy lip treatment now too

are you asking for an advice how to have a kissable lips?dont' smoke, apply a lip gloss or a little bit of petroleum jelly....

Keep them soft and kissable with Lucas pawpaw cream or good old Vaseline. Practise with your hand or on a mirror. Good luck!
