The first character is not written correctly, but here are some options:
主 (meshi or omo) - master
国 (koku) - country
玉 (tama) ball, sphere
王 (Ou) king
The second one is definitely:
夢 （yume) - dream

this is kanji.people in japan,korea,and china and other east asian cultures used it. they dont use it much now though. and about the translation. im not so sure about the top one but the bottom one is for sure,dream. the top one might mean king,or ball/sphere. kind of hard to tell though

They resemble japanese kanji (It's probably old style or something). I dunno about the one on the top...lose the squares and you have the kanji "King." The bottom one is easier. It's "Dream."
