symposium competition?

In order to conduct a technical competition in electronics for a symposium.. please suggest me the vaious rounds which can be bit funny and interactive

Quiz is your best bet. I conducted it for our symposium and it went off very well.

What I did was, i prepared a sample 15 questions in a sheet with options and distributed it to the audience and picked up the best 8 from it.

I then formed 4 groups out of them and had really relevant and funny names for the teams and rounds. ..came out really well though.
