Yes, that is what it sounds like.
Anxiety can be terrible. I used to get light headed, shortness of breath, dizziness and I was in intense fear, almost like I wasn't there.
Medication and therapy helped me a great deal. But yeah sweety, they sound like anxiety attacks. Sounds like something at school scares you or makes you nervous. Hope that stops for you.
I hope you are able to have some help from a dr so you may start feelin some relief.

Yes it is, but you have to considerate other facts in you're life
Do a complete health check up to make sure if you have problems with you re thyroid or if you re diabetic.
Make a healthy diet eliminating sugar, caffeine etc.
Try do concentrate more on the really important things in you re life.
If you still have anxiety attack after that go to a doctor he will prescribe you something.

as a nurse i would say that you probably are having anxiety attacks related to school. i have also suffered from these once in while when i am really stressed out usually i'll feel weird all over and feel scared with difficulty breathing and a heaviness on my chest. these often occur when the body is under a lot of stress. if it continues to occur and you are really bothered by it your doctor can prescibed medication on a "as needed basis" to help calm your nerves.

At your age you don't need to be on medication. Without explaining everything there is a simple way of making changes. I want you to wear a lot of metal jewelry for a week or so, especially one piece jewelry. Remove it as soon as you are home alone. You will see some changes . Practice and experiment with the idea of metal changing your aura pattern.

Consider the intricacy of the nervous system that if negative emotions bothers it, the coil around nerb\vous system is easily disturbed so it triggers anxiety outwardly. Curb this event for series of bombarment of negative reaction in your nervous ssystem it accumulate into kidney trouble. There is battle of the mind that positive must always win otherwise you suffer.

This is panic attacks and it seems to me you should get to the cause as well as taking medications. Therapy will help you more in the long term, meds are just for the short term, can become addictive and usually lose their effectiveness.
