I've googled for the words and found "moreh" as the hebrew word for teacher..but I dont need a transliteration..can someone help me find it in the hebrew script? I'm not looking for a word thats limited to a school teacher, rather a word for someone who teaches you the bigger lessons of life...I hope this makes sense :S
For the Aramaic word, I'm looking for something that means mentor or guide, someone who influences the way you think, again not a transliteration, but a word in the Aramaic script.
Last, the Arabic word for friend..not something that means 'buddy' or 'pal' but a word you can use for an older person, and preferably respectful sounding. I found the word 'wali' which I'm told also means patron, how appropriate is this word? Again, I'm looking for something in the Arabic script and not transliterations...please, please help me, I need these asap. Thanks :)

Hebrew for teacher in a broader sense can be:
1) moreh derech
מוֹרֵה דֶּרֶךְ

or

2) madrich
מַדְרִיךְ

both of which mean guide or mentor and so might express the broader meaning you are seeking
