My impression is you were overweight, to your standards, and decided to lose weight, and you lost it now...anyways, if you're still dealing with fat in the wrong places, I would actually suggest entering a training program to build muscle and gain weight: the important part is eating the right types of foods--lots of protein, veggies, fruits, avoid saturated fat mostly--and you will develop a better physique while gaining muscle and losing fat. What you are also doing here is boosting/training your metabolism, so that you'll be set for the long run, while building muscle. There are a lot of great e-books here written by experts in the field, they helped me a lot (I am underweight on the same mission)

it depends how tall you are.
you are still young and your body is still growing, it depends what diet you went on, all diets should be put into action with the advice of a nutritionist, dieting can cause your stomach to retain fluid and cause it to bloat which can make you look like you have a gut, at your age and weight you should be eating 1500 calories a day at the least, If you went to a doctor no they would not tell you to diet to get rid of it, if you are still worried about it, talk to a nutritionist about a diet that is specially designed for your body shape and age height ect.

Your body is still growing and developing. Don't diet anymore. If your ribs are noticeable, you are too thin, even if you do have a little gut. Be kind to yourself and stop trying to turn yourself into something you're not. It's a one way street to disaster.
Oh, and definitely go see your doctor.

Just say no to anymore weight loss. Men love that little female pooch and not that sunken in look. Dont fall for all that crap about being super thin. Try to stay around 120, your skin and hair will look more radient. Do not study yourself in the mirror because us women never are happy with the way we look.

How tall are you? It is normal to have a small pooch. Your stomach muscles may need to tighten up, you didn't say what exercises you do. Do you just do cardio, do you lift weights, do arobics? Also if you eat alot of salt you could have water bloat.(salt can make you retain water.)Try doing a few exercises that work your abs.

. . .Don't exercise the same way. Don't diet either. Just do crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, and push ups. Jump rope and swim and then you'll lose the "gut" you are talking about. (Results won't show immediately for any exercise.)

dieting is not the answer.........what you should to is toning exercises. try holding your arms out like a helicoptor and twisting. these kinds of exercises will tighten up your loose skin and wont make you any skinner.

See a doctor...I highly doubt that he/she would tell you to diet...also, telling your age and weight means little without your height too.
