I sleep on my side with a pillow that supports my neck. I have one of those memory foam pillows. Then I have a pillow to put my arm over. Then I have a pillow between my knees. That should align your whole body, creating a comfortable sleeping experience. :)

I toss about two times then tend to stay on my left. I am normally a fetus position or my leg are tucked well underneath my feet. In the morning's I'm normally still on the left side with legs tucked underneath. I'm Scorpio. I also read something about left handed people being able to sleep in the same position from the night till morning.

Actually, sleeping on your back using a good cervical pillow is best. I know most people dont like sleeping on their back, but it is best. Sleeping on your stomach is the worst position to sleep in.

On your side, with a pillow between your legs. Keep the room cool, and maybe even have a fan blowing on you.
