I'm getting 2 teeth pulled tomorrow and I was wondering, how long until the permanent ones set in? Please help me! I don't want to look like a beaver for a long time!!!!!!!1

It depends on if your dentist is going to use the ball and chain to bring it down. I'm 24 and I still have a baby tooth and I'm going to have to get it pulled (the adult tooth is in the gum above the baby tooth) and my dentist said after he pulls it he will hook a chain to it and there is a part that comes down that I have to twist every day and after one or two months the tooth will be down all the way. It just takes time (I know you want to hear something like it'll take a day, but sorry, it takes time, I know it sucks).

You must be prety young . If pulled they wont grow in untill the new ones are ready maybe 2 years. if the teeth that are pulled are the second set then most likly never.
