Look up the translations as suggested. Remember even in English the words "brother" and "sister" has many meanings. For example, fraternity brother, sorority sister religious brother and sister. When I was growing up I had numerous local "uncles", "aunts" and "cousins" because my mother's brothers, sisters and their children lived in Ireland. I think I know where you are heading.

I think this person wants us people from different countries with different languages to tell him or her what is brother and sister in our language. Could have used a translator but this is more personal and fun. Well

Maltese; brother is 'hija' and sister is 'ohti' I bet you will not find this in any translator.

Italian; Brother 'fratello and sister 'sorella'

hope this has helped
