Master Cleanse. Cleans out your body. You can lose more than 10 pounds in 5 days. Trust me. You can stay on it for 40 days. But, you've got to be careful with what you can do. It's also called the Beyonce diet. It's no lie, there are articles and forums on people who have actually tried this. I was 180 and dropped to 160, and this is now my second term, and I'm 4 pounds off from being 140.
2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tbsp of pure grade B maple syrup
1/10 tsp cayenne pepper (red) or to taste
12 oz of purified water (very warm)
SPRING WATER
Combine master cleanser ingredients and drink.
You many double the Master Cleanser recipe and fill a large thermos bottle and drink all day long.
During the morning you do warm water with Sea Salt to flush your body, during the day you drink the water with all of the ingridients, and then at night you drink laxative tea. You can excerside but don't lift too much, basically you are starving your hunger.. and anytime you feel the urge to give in, and cheat [eat] then just drink the water. Trust me, it's all well worth it when all the weight is dropped! I feel much better && I'm only 18 years old.
Anymore questions just e-mail me. Good luck hun!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

RUN. Trust me, running is the fastest way to lose weight. Don't worry about cutting calories or anything though, really. If you run a lot then you can eat more and still lose weight. But keep eating the same amount of food if you'd like to see faster results I guess. Remember that your body functions on food, so don't restrict your intake. start by running a mile every day for the first week and then increase by another mile the next week, and then three miles the next. That takes a lot of time so I'd say if you ran three miles every day and cut junk food from your diet then you'd be good. Give yourself one day a week for your body to heal. Don't forget stretching. Do pilates every morning to help relieve your tight muscles. And enjoy running!! It's therapeutic. Oh, and salt helps you retain water so salt is good when you are running :).

Eat 6 small portioned meals... sub your sweets and snacks for veggies and fruit.
Don't drink soda or anything with a lot of calories and sugar, instead drink water.
Exercise at least 3 times a week. 30 min of cardio and free weights too.
Don't eat after 6 or 7pm. If you do get hungry before bed, eat like carrots or an apple. Hope this helps you out!! Good luck!!

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.

Well, exercise and diet is the best way. It also depends on what you eat, I lost 30 lbs. from not eating sweets (I haven't had sweets - cookie, cake, ice-cream, etc. - in over five years). I dropped the 30 lbs. in like two years and have kept it off. Also instead of eating like steak or hamburgers go with fish and chicken. Protein keeps you going, so you can burn more calories if you stay active.
