is it true then it helps you get a bigger bottom and thighs? or are people just saying that!?

Well if you do deep squats with heavy weight, it does help build thicker legs. I believe these are called power squats.

That is exactly what you should be excercizing, so yes..in theory, dependings on genetics you may just get toned though

You are supposed to lift with your legs, not your ams, and not your back..It mainly excercizes you're theighs...

Just lift like your sitting down, it helps to get an excersize box to sit on to go into your first lift, (thus why it's called the box squat) then go into lifting, and going back into that position, for beginners its okay to leave the box there, to use it for each lift - your spotters should be making sure your coming down right, when your doing it right, trust me, you'll feel the results..

I think it tones them...you might get bigger if you eat more and do weighted squats.

It depends on your genetics. Some people get smaller (toner), others don't (bulk).

It actually tones them so they don't jiggle.
