Sun Aspects Neptune
Sun Aspects Jupiter
Mercury Aspects Pluto
Mercury Aspects Venus
are this thing real? or are they Fake.

I'm very familiar with astrology, but what you've written doesn't make sense to me. What kind of aspects are these? Conjunctions, oppositions, trines, squares, sextiles?

This means nothing, because astrology is not real. Now, I've posted a couple other answers on this subject, and there is one person who I see who is constantly defending astrology as having an actual basis in reality. I'm going to take a moment to respond to them, and this is good for everyone else to hear as well.
To VMdass68, please stop telling people that astrology is science. It is not. Actual scientists have studied astrology, and have found it to be completely bogus. There exists in stars no force that can extend through space in order to have an influence over our lives. The fact that there are people in the world who still believe in it is an embarrassment to the entire human race, and is a testement to just how gullible humans can be. Please try to educate yourself by reading books that were written by actual scientists, who can back up their claims with actual, verifiable scientific data.
There are people out there that are so gullible or desperate that they base life decisions on this trash, and people like you who defend it only adds to the problem.

You did not get enough information about which aspects they are.
One thing most people overlook is that astrology is not FATE. You are the master of your destiny; astrology only hints, it does not compel you to do anything.
However, if I told you that a robber was standing in an alley, would you still go into that alley? You have a choice, which the so-called skeptics forget: there is nothing in science that can tell you the meaning of life. Only you can gain such wisdom yourself.

Astrology is a science which is a combination of astronomy and mathematics. As per the ancient vedic astology, the radiations that had been emitted by different planets, the placement of the planets time of birth of an individual plays an important role in the life of that individual.
Many consider astrology as a humbug because they aren't able to presently understand it's singificance.
They are real.

Astrology is all nonsense according to the scriptures. If you want to know what your future is then you should follow the New Testament Scriptures and you should be able to be in Heaven after the Judgment.
Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
HEAR - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
BELIEVE - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
REPENT - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
CONFESS CHRIST - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
BE BAPTIZED - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
