Alright I have had Diarrhea (influenza-related, its been going around my school) for the past week. I have a basketball game tomorrow night and I have got to get rid of it by then. How do I go about this?

Thanks

Take immodium or eat some coconut macaroon cookies. Also, drink Gatorade so you're not dehydrated.

Well,
You can try the OTC ways of trying to get rid of the Diarrhea, which you be (Pepto-Bismo, Imodium AD).
You can try the Herbal way which would be to take some low grade stomach relief (Lemon Peel), which can go one of two ways by aiding in Diarrhea by making you constipated or the other way and give you the problem but even worse.
The other way is to consume foods that help by slowly down digestion (Fiber Cereal, Whole Wheat Bread or even Cheese). these will cut down the diarrhea to make it alot less of a problem.

Get some Immodium AD at the store the chewables are best and always drink lots of water to replace the fluids you have lost.

Immodium from the drug store. Take 2 an hour or so before the game. Make sure you drink gatorade or water to be well hydrated before you play. Take some tylenol or motrin for achiness if you have it.

Try getting more fibre in your diet, and take some Anti-diarrhea tablets. You can access these from a pharmacy or over-the-counter shops.

Pepto Bismol..... seriously though... some pepto is good and stay away from greasy/fatty foods. And no high fiber stuff. Try to keep your diet light for the next 24 hours.

in a glass of water and add a inch of salt, and a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda ,when the fizzles have stopped drinok it all down quickly
repeat after 4 or 5 hours.
