Wow - I have no idea what I'd want - I'm happy to get some nice smoochies and make my gf smile during Valentines day... always considered it a day to show appreciation to my lady...
If he likes music, maybe an iPod of some sort if he doesn't have one... sports equipment that he's been craving (though that's pushing the price range)... a trip for two...
You in lingerie in a hot tub somewhere...
CD's or DVD's that he'd be into... maybe tickets to a concert or sporting event for the two of you (don't know if either of you like sports).
