I just spent 3 days with an Angel I just met. Now I'm on my own and thinking about her. What are the chances?

It's not love my friend. Your only spent 3 days and you can't love someone in 3 days only. All you're feeling right now is that you like her not love her. But if I were you I would go for it and give it a try.
