...and I couldn't help but crying. I felt Him around me. I knew He was there. Have you ever had this feeling?

The reason I put "G-d" is because I'm Jewish!

Yes, many times. Personal experience is the number one reason I believe in God.

NO. Let me tell you something. When I was 14 I happened to be very mature for my age, but that was only because I was raised by my great grandmothers. Anyway, even though when I was 14, and I had the maturity level of a 30 year old woman, my mother still didn't EVER give me permission to have sex. She just would always let me know that If I ever wanted to talk to her about anything, then she would always be there to listen. She also warned me of the dangers of sex and taught me about all the types of diseases you can catch during unprotected, anal, or oral sex in general. When I was 15 she did give me permission to date, and at 16 she took me down to the gynecologist and got me birth control. And I have to thank her for this, because when I finally finished school, I had graduated with honors and I landed myself a good stable job to help pull myself through college, and I had done all this without having to carry a little baby with me across a stage to receive my diploma. Now if you let your daughter have sex that young, then fine. Let her get pregnant, and drop out of school, or give her a chance at life and be a good mother. Sure she says she's in love, yeah right at like 14! He's probably like her 1st or 2nd boyfriend anyway, they could break up tomorrow, their just children for god sakes. Love doesn't matter when your a kid, it matters when you are older and mature enough to handle it. Right now, she should be focused on her high school career and what she wants to be when she grows up, not focusing on falling in love, and having sex at this young age in her life.

"I knew He was there. Have you ever had this feeling?"

Yes. So many times in my life when I might have almost made the wrong decision, but did not, and then later I saw that it would have been a personal disaster - it's at those times that I've had a strong feeling that G-d must have been helping me.

Such things only have personal values, because there are no ways to verify that they are God's bestowals or human fancies.
You can verify it with the teachings in the Holy Books: if it is beneficially conformed to divine wisdom, it is true; if it is some confusing feelings, it is fancy.
If I experience something extraordinary, I cannot expect other people to believe me.

The only feeling I get is a growing sensation of butterflies in my stomach and some tingling. I always know it's the Holy Spirit moving within me. Praise God,Father,Son and the Holy Spirit.
Bless you!

Hi Sarah,

Yes, I have and do regularly. Congratulations to you for recognizing and acknowledging an impression that so many have denied themselves the ability to discern.

We all were given the light of Christ/Jehovah (many refer to it as conscience) to know good from evil. Those who keep their integrity, relying upon conscience and fostering that ability to discern those impressions remaining true to oneself in the face of worldly errors become increasingly able to able to feel of his spirit. The converse is true and the result of rationalization is rampent in the world.

Don't ever be discouraged or caused to question what you feel and know in your heart to be right. You are a daughter of our Father and as such are entitled to all that he has. He has promised that, in return for our honoring and keeping the agreement we made to prove ourselves that we would honor him on this earth. He loves you and stands ready to aid you as you do.

My love and best wishes.
