And for the life of me I can't believe I'm going to say this but I also agree with "George Bush"( the monkey of course) Hey is that the prez's baby picture, I see a striking resemblance?

Personally I can't understand Froggie. she said she cared about our country, but she rather hire an illegal, her son works for a out sourced company who does business in Mexico, because Mexicans will work for $7 aday. And her brother and his wife volunteer in Mexico, with no mention of them volunteering in the U.S.. Damn Froggie, keep it up and they will make you their Grand Marshall at their next parade.

And Tanya a, oh Tanya you have it all wrong. Free speech is a right of privilege given to the U.S. citizens, If you are not a U.S. citizen then the right of free speech does NOT apply, Damn you learn something new every day.

The border is a very serious issue. Unfortunately, there are way too many immigrant rights groups for anything to be done the way it needs to be. Example, 2 border patrol agents are in prison for shooting a drug smuggler in the butt. He was illegal with drugs on his person. He tried crossing the border once again illegally. He is not in prison but our border patrol agents are. Major problem.
There is this thing in the U.S called diplomacy that is doing more harm than good. The mexican president send a statement condemning the actions of our people while all the while telling his own people to run to America for a better life. But you have to leave your family back here and send your money back here to provide for them. The democrats don't see a problem with that.

I care. And the current situation is not only dangerous, but is sickening to me. But, I guess when a truck comes across the border, unchecked, and explodes in the middle of the country, vaporizing millions of people...Maybe, just maybe, the US government will address it. That's IF the government still exists after that. And I'm not even going to get into the whole illegal alien situation. That's another disaster.

Tanya, who would be responsible for deciding if something is "worthwhile"? You?

As for toilet cleaning, I lost my job several years ago due to OUTSOURCING, and in the interim of finding a new job, I DID housecleaning (and yes, I did clean toilets). So, in fact, these ARE jobs Americans are willing to do---just not for slave wages.

Also, there is a difference between IMMIGRANTS and ILLEGAL ALIENS. Immigrants have the appropriate papers, are health screened before being allowed into the country. Illegal aliens are interlopers, bringing with them a host of diseases (TB, whooping cough, polio, to name a few), stealing jobs, stealing identities and using public services paid for by working Americans.

Frankly, I'm tired of paying for public services for people who have a sense of entitlement and demand more and more. Ingrates.

We should close the borders; we should go after the employers of these interlopers and fine them mightily. If the jobs for those here illegally dry up, they will have no other recourse than to return to their countries.

Yes the American people care, and we have expressed our dislike for illegal aliens, but the government dose not care, or care about the American people, all they care about is their wallets, and cheap labor, they don't care about the cost to the citizens. Small towns in the south and across the country are making their own laws to get rid of the illegals, but the courts over through them. Not enough Americans march and protest this invasion. The American people have become complacent, and only care about what is happening in their lives, not what is happening to this country. The people that have written and phoned their Representatives about this problem are given the run around by their congressman and their Senators. They haven't the guts to do anything about the border. Their afraid of a few Mexican marches, and the Mexican activists groups.

Alot of us care, unfortunately the government does not.Our borders, all of them, are left unsecured. We have no clue who is coming into our country and what their intentions are.In the past, people came here to work and better their lives, now we may have people sneaking over our borders to destroy us.

The border is a joke and the only thing i care about is sending all the illegals back to where they came from by any means necessary!

If Illegals (not legal immigrants) worked half as hard at demanding better rights and working conditions in their own country as they do at demanding a free pass into America they wouldnt need to sneak into the USA.

Yes, a majority of the citizens of the country care, but not enough to throw out the politicians who pretend to be about to do something about the situation, but who in fact cater to the Latino vote and to business interests who want cheap labor.
