When I was in high school all of the above. But as I got older and more mature I realized that it was more me than them. Except the self absorbed part. That's always a turn off no matter how hot you are or how hot you THINK you are.

Actually in my high school, there were not many girls that wore too much make up, which was good, because I have always been turned off by that. Acne is only temporary, and while it detracts from the face, it's not just the face that makes a girl attractive. Sure there were self-absorbed girls, but ignoring them was all too easy, and they may still have been attractive - just unavailable. Lastly, some chunky girls were sexy, once they learned how to "shake their booty" .

I think shallow, self-centered girls were the worst.
The acne & "fluffiness" I could deal with.
Too much makeup is ugly. So is/was the obsession with it. If the most important thing in their life was hair, makeup, and their clothes, then they have issues.
I'm so glad those years are behind me.
