also DHA (Docosohexaenoic Acid) - which is an omega-3 fatty acid necessary for good brain function.

Most people (Americans anyway) do not get enough DHA - which is found in coldwater fish (tuna, salmon, etc.) (cause they don't eat enough fish).

Fish really is brain food.
DHA is the essential omega-3 fatty acid found in fish that makes up the grey matter of the cerebral cortex.
