no it will not shrink, but your skin will change shape and this may distort the tattoo

if your bigger and you have a tattoo on your arm or body part that you loose a lot of weight in then yes the tattoo will shrink but probley look real dragged out or worn out -i guess-. My aunt had the gastrobipass when she was almost 300lbs. and now shes about 130lbs and her tattoos look really bad there very faded and they just look like they have been stretched out.

I really don't thik so. i have a tattoo on my lower stomach and it didn't get bigger or shrink throughout my entire pregnancy or even after when I lost the weight.

If you skins stays tight it wont look bad but if it is all flabby it will probably stay the same size and yeah...look bad. I am dealing with a tattoo on my stomach and being pregnant, but I think it has stayed the same size.
