i drink instant cocoa the label says it has 10% iron but i think they have a lot of iron in beans and meat. just read the label.

Purpose:
Iron is a necessary nutrient for building and maintaining healthy blood. It is

Broccoli is very high in Iron and liver also. Another tip......if you drink tea it has something in it that keeps your body from breaking down the iron in food and absorbing it.

Liver and other organ meats (yuck!) You can also try beets (another big yuck!) and use a cast iron skillet. It does actually leach iron into the foods you cook after being properly seasoned.

spinach, spinach, spinach. My friend had iron deficiency and the doctor told her to eat lots of spinach. I'm also a vegiterian so I try to get iron from not meat sources and spinach is known as one of the better ones.

Red meat, Liver is the best. Deep greens like spinach. Lentils I hear are too.
