Boyfriend was picked up today for driving on suspendid licence. He had brass knuckles in his pocket, but not intended to use them as a weapon. I'm nervous that he going to get a lot of time for that. Could this be true? Help please!!!!!

its a misdemener.... i live in washington state. if he gets any time it wont be that much... Juvi wont take people unless its a Felony charge or if the Officer really wants to see him go to Juvi... which is alot of stuff to go through.... but who knows maybe Juvi is alittle empty and they will take him... do you live in the mount vernan area?

Edit: ok well... its still a misdemener charge so if he does get time it wont be that much.... maybe you shouldnt date old people that carry brass knuckles
