look into the uses of virgin coconut oil.change your diet,seriously.

im no expert, but drinking more water might help with the lips, sleep more for the circles, try vitamin e for marks or some sort of cream, for ur underarms maybe shower often or change u deodorant
im the same age as u so i hope u find a solution!

al i no is that a good vitamin E cream will help get rid of stretch marks and some eye cream that you could buy from a chemist would help with the dark circles
