i have a squishy round bum but i dont want to lose any size i just want to make it firmer...does any one have any pictures or demos of exercises that can help

squatting helps alot in that area if you stay in a squatting position or sqaut a few times a day it shud get firmer and maybe a bit bigger.

My sis has the same question!!she went on google,and typed in "Firmer Tush Results"and came up with a billion results!!!Try it,she found out what to doAND

Isometrics. Tightening your gluteal muscles and then relaxing them. Tighten them around something hard, like a tennis ball, or whatever will fit. You don't have to shove them way up... just between your butt cheeks, and tighten for 30 seconds . .. and then relax, but have enough tension so the balls don't fall out ... you might want to use a smaller ball, but make sure it is pretty firm.
