Have you tried using DVD Shrink as well? It's not "officially" available anymore, you'll have to search around for it. However, I find that I can back up 95% of my movies with DVD shrink, and I can back up 100% of my movies with DVD Decrypter. The only time they won't read is if they're scratched. Try using DVD Decrypter to copy the source files to your hard drive, then use DVD Shrink to stitch them back together into an iso file to burn to a DVD-R

The ones you can't decrypt proably have updated encryption that DVD Decrypter cant break. Development on the DVD Decrypter program was stoped in 2005 so there wont be any updates.

more than likely the dvd's that wont work are duel layer, meaning that they are fully right protected, there are a few decrypeter out there that can do it but they're all pertty expensive

i had a few that wouldnt back up liek that, all i did was search lime wire for it and got teh movie off of there, be weary though if you havent used it, some things are misslabeled and it is possible to download something you dont potentially want, best bet would be to look at file size, a movie is usually about 250kb to 500kb on lime wire

Some DVDs that you copy maybe a Dual Layer DVD...I had this problem before...Dual Layer DVD's have about 8 GB of Space and regular DVD's (Standard DVD-r) have about 4 GB ....So get some Dual Layer DVD's if your burner supports it...Try using DVD Shrink because it makes those kinds of DVD's fit into a standard DVD-R...check for it http://www.softpedia.com ....
