You are too immature to be worrying about girls. Concentrate on your studies and hobbies. A 4?? Why even bother? Why take a chance on hurting her. I realize you may not be at the point on the maturity chart where you consider other people, but hay, she is human.

I would go for it! I mean the worst that could happen is u getting turned down and thats not so bad, there are always other girls!
