You will have no trouble finding a nice pop-up for $5000. With that amount of money to spend, I would recommend shopping used, and looking for a nicer model, rather than cheap new. I personally am a fan of the Coleman's, I owned one that myself and my family really enjoyed. They seem to have the sturdiest supports, and be the most stable. Some friends have one several years newer than the one we owned, and it is really nice. It is a 97, or 98 model, and I'm sure you could pick one up like it for around 3500-4000. Just make sure to inspect the fabric VERY carefully, as a lot of these are stored for years on end without being opened. Really light mildew will wash off with soap and water, but if it's heavy, it might be eating into the material. You're going to have a hard time sleeping more than five in any that I've seen, the one I had was 21 feet when set up, and it would sleep five at most. (comfortably). It was a 14' model for reference. Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

If you go to this link you will be able to see most of the available brands and prices for used tent trailers. It is a good place to start.:

It will be hard to find one for 5K. Go to some camper sellers and look so you can get an idea.
