You will remain in the grave until Jesus has Death and Hades give up their dead. You will then be judged. The righteous go to heaven, the unrighteous to hell.

I'm really not sure what will happen to me when I die. I can believe in something, but I choose not to because I have no idea what is truth. I cannot trust books about the afterlife.

(I meant to say something so much more meaningful...but I lost my train of thought, so now I have answered to the best of my ability...whatever I was going to say is now lost in my subconscious...who knows if I'll ever retrieve it...)

Death is inevitable. The thief on the cross knew when his would occur, but we can not predict our own. After his death, the crucified criminal went to live in paradise with Jesus. Some of us will also live eternally in God's presence. But others will experience everlasting torment, forever separated from Him.
If we receive Jesus as our Savior, our penalty for sin is paid. We are adopted into God's family, and Heaven is our eternal home. If we reject Jesus, we remain alienated from the Lord and under condemnation for our sin. We are destined to experience eternal judgment. God won't accept any of man's excuses because there is no acceptable defense for unbelief. (Acts 4:12)

There are several ways you can "prove" Reincarnation.

1) The readings of Edgar Cayce (there are over 14,000 of them). Read the book "Many Mansions" on his readings
(http://www.amazon.com/Many-Mansions-Story-Reincarnation-Signet/dp/0451168178). These reveal that some of our present illnesses are a result of wrong doings of our past lives. So it not only proves rebirth, but also 'karma' as well.

2) Research by Dr. Ian Stevenson based on past life memories of children. Some children talk about their past lives during their early ages (say, 3 - 6 years). They use strange words which are only used in those regions.

He (Dr. Ian Stevenson) has devoted the last 40 years to the scientific documentation of past life memories of children from all over the world and has over 3000 cases in his files.

(3) When a person is hypnotized he can 'Recall' his own past lives. This is commonly used to find the root causes of Psychological disorders and treat them accordingly.

4) When you meditate and concentrate your mind, in the 4th Dyana, you achieve a state of pure concentration of mind. There you can turn your attention to look back at your own past lives.

Unless we do not require the brain to think, we do not think anymore. We cease to experience the world around us.

I will be cremated, some will mourn, some will rejoice. Either way, I won't know anything because I'll be all done.
