What does MK, PK, Deputation , Furlough, Missions and "Missions Confrence" mean or entail?

I'm one of these and am curios to see how many know what these mean

which do you think I am if you are still interested?

I am a MK former PK go figure.

Now THIS I know! MK...missionary's kid; PK...preacher's kid; Deputation...the period of time a missionary spends going from church to church gathering promises of support to go to his/her mission field; Furlough...the amount of time a missionary and family spend back in their home country either visiting family members, on medical leave, or gathering more supporting churches; Missions...not sure the question...missions can mean the amount of money that your church or you as an individual give to missionaries, or the place a missionary is sent; Mission's Conference...this is where your church, or other churches of like denomination, gather to showcase missionary needs, the fields where missionaries are called, the individual missionaries themselves, or all of the above, usually for a period of one week. The missionaries are given the opportunity to present their works, sermons are preached, and churches are challenged to support the missionaries. How'd I do? I have been married to an Independent Baptist preacher for 26 years, and my kids are all PK's! Their kids are PGK's! Wouldn't have it any other way!
