why can't i find a phone no. for customer service?

Yeah, what company or business are you looking for...that would be very helpful to know? I can tell you that some Internet companies, especially ones that do not sell anything themselves don't have a lot of telephone support, so they have a tendency to make it difficult or even impossible to find their phone number.

Yahoo has a support phone number for their email, but it only shows up for those of us who have the Premimum service and even then we still have to look for it.
